I provide specialist neurological physiotherapy for adults living with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions – delivered one-to-one, in your own home, across West Kent.

How it works
Every programme starts with a thorough initial assessment- your medical history, current symptoms, and a physical assessment of strength, tone, sensation, balance and movement, including standing, transfers and walking where relevant.
Together we agree the goals that matter to you, and I use standardised outcome measures to track real progress, not just how a session feels.
Ongoing sessions build on this with a home exercise programme between visits, regular review, and re-assessment at agreed intervals. Where it helps, I involve family members or carers directly, training them in safe ways to support you.
Your initial assessment (60-90 minutes) is an opportunity to understand how your neurological condition is affecting your movement, mobility, balance and everyday activities. I will discuss your medical history, current difficulties and personal goals before completing an assessment tailored to your needs.
